Continuing our year long funded get exercising drive, Patchwork are delighted to confirm we are now able to the third 6 week block of the following.

We have 10 spaces for parents to participate in a 6 week block of aqua aerobic sessions starting on Thursday 29th April . This sessions include 1 hour créche provision for the 45 minute classes to enable you to change in time. This is a great way to get back into exercise gently after having your baby, and to meet parents in similar situations.

This will be held at the Mercat Gait Centre, Prestonpans and will start at 9.15am, and the class will be taken by Jamie.

Anybody wanting to sign up for the 6 week block should contact us by Friday 23rd April with their details and child’s age – as the creche has to booked in advance to ensure adequate cover. Créche is avaliable for children aged 6 weeks – 5 years. Spaces are strictly limited – and a suggested donation to Patchwork of £1 per session would be appriciated.
