Parents And Their Children’s Health Work is a charitable organisation based in Prestonpans and covers the EH32 catchment area providing health information services for pre school children.

Exercise Class Block 4: Cardio Combat

We are pleased to announce the next set of our fantastic exercise classes, Cardio Combat will start on Thursday 13th May, 7pm @ church hall on Kirk Street, Prestonpans.

This is a great introduction back into fitness after having your baby. We ask you to commit to the whole 6 week block to get the most from the classes, and a recommended donation to Patchwork EH32 of £1 per session – £6 per block is payable at the 1st class. This donation is ploughed back into Patchwork to help us continue delivering these fantastic sessions!

Places are strictly limited, so express your interest ASAP , by contacting us, leaving us your name and contact number . The closing date for expressing your interest is Wed 12th May.

Patchwork EH32 is a community based initiative that works in conjunction with the NHS Lothian, East Lothian Council, The Pennypit Centre and Prestonpans Community Centre.

It is run by volunteers and is led by a management committee. New committee members are always welcome to join!
